After nummerous problems with Zoho mail, I finally decided to close the account. However this doesn't seem to be possible:
When I click on my account, settings, close account the following message appears:
Sie sind ein Administrator Ihrer Organisation: "".Sie sollten Ihre Organisation von Business trennen, bevor Sie Ihr Konto schließen.
You are administrator of your organisation " ".
You should disconnect your organisation from Business before closing your account.
Other than that, there is no possibility to actually close the account on that page.
I have a personal free account, no organisation and non of it is connected to 'Business'.
The hyperlink of 'Business' just leads me straight back to the dash board.
What can I do? I am starting to really get annoyed, I've spent so many hours trying to get this email service to work, and now it seems like Ill spend even more hours trying to close my account.
