Can't Report On Revenue from Zoho Desk Tickets
I'm trying to create a report that shows me all the revenue generated from Zoho Desk tickets. I have them linked and can see the estimates/invoices inside the Desk ticket and also the ticket and estimates connected in CRM, so I know they are being linked somehow. However, when I look at all the tables in Analytics it appears to only be linking on the Contact ID through the Account, with nothing specifying which estimate goes with which ticket. Help!!!
