Hi Guys, 

i have had a number of issues over the past few days but i have been able to overcome them with a bit of lateral thinking and determination. 

one issue i cant seem to get past is the mandatory mapping field when integrating a Zoho form to Zoho recruit, the issue that i have here is that is forcing us to use the last name as the point of reference. the issue with that is we have so many people with the same last name, so many times it just creates a new candidate record which is 100% not what we want it to do.

so my question is this in Zoho forms how to we change this, from last name as the point of reference to Email Address so we can update our candidates profiles with the collected data accurately.
