I tried a few days ago to use the free plan for hosting email in Zoho, when I enter the owner email, I enter admin@domain-name.com, and when I shift my hosting the mail server stop working, so I cant access this email at all while I didn't complete the process of hosting my domain email in Zoho. So how I could change the owner email for a domain in Zoho to the domain owner that I register the domain with which is a gmail account ??

Today I create a Zoho account and when I tried to host my email with my new account the system told me that this domain is associated with admin@domain-name.com.
