Changing Assigned Ext & Int Tasks

Hi,

I would like to request a feature to move all sub-tasks associated to it's parent unit (ie the Milestone) to the appropriate internal/external community when the parent unit is changed. I still like that any task can be internal or external despite its parent unit affiliation.
