Charging time to newer tasks in Timesheet View

For some reason, I cannot access all the tasks in my project using the dropdown box on the Timesheet View. Is there some task limit? I have even deleted older and completed tasks to clean things up. However, newer tasks are still not visible in the dropdown.

Sidebar - Do I have to purchase zoho for full functionality of timekeeping? Otherwise, this seems like a bug and will impact my evaluation. I cannot create tasks and only be able to charge time to a few in the Timesheet view. Please advise.
