I have screenshots and data to provide to the team to help improve your product but you're trying to make me jump through hoops(50000 products to choose from)  to supply that information.

My problem simply right now is: I can not connect to a remote machine that I have full access to via VPN and RDP but Zoho will not connect. This is a concerning issue.
