Checking for missing emails?

I added my domain to my Zoho Mail account a while ago, but I don't think I had set it up correctly. Today I fixed the MX records and I started receiving emails that were a few days late. Is there any way I can check whether there are more undelivered emails? That is, emails which have been sent but aren't showing up in my inbox as well as emails that immediately bounced back to the sender?
