I'm having an odd problem with the "Add Citations" feature of Zoho Writer. When I add a citation using the "Fetch website details online" feature it works the first time I use it but if I try it a second time by clicking that link nothing at all happens all. The window that would normally would pop up where the URL could be pasted never appears. It is as if the link suddenly has become inactive. If I then close Writer and reopen it I can use the feature again (one time only) and then the link becomes inoperative once again. I can still add citations manually but not by fetching the details online. I have not had this problem in the past, up until fairly recently the feature worked as intended. Does anyone else had this problem and know how to resolve it?
