Clean up deleted items in Project Dashboard

Clean up deleted items in Project Dashboard

I've delete a few items and remove some users from my Zoho Project Portal, but I still see the User showing up in Chat and I still see deleted item in Project Status.  How do I clean out deleted data from showing in the Project Dashboard?

Note:I'm using the Free version.
