clickable link to a candidate profile?

I'd like to add clickable links to a document that point to a candidate profile where the candidate's e-mail address is the identifier. How can I do that? something like:

" https://recruit.zoho.com/recruit/EntityInfo.do?module=Candidates&email=candidateemail@gmail.com"
