Client & Contact Mass Emailing

'Contact' & 'Client' mass email module. I had a call booked last Friday with your technical team and was asked to log another call as 'I had used all the allocated time to my call' and the advisor had to terminate the call. We are having MAJOR issues with how we are now able to email more than one client at a time. The new version of Zoho does not allow us to build a 'Client' or a 'Contact' email list to send out a mass email. We were able to do this in the previous version of Zoho. Is this a mistake as I desperately need to resolve this ASAP as it has increased our workload hugely.
