We are a staffing agency that has Zoho Recruit linked/synced with Zoho CRM.

When a new client (Account) comes in to our Sales process a Deal is created in Zoho CRM.  Sometimes these clients want to hire multiple people for a specific role. 

Example:  They want to hire 5 bookkeepers.

We are having a hard time automating this with the two-way sync.

How do we take the deal and split them up?  Do we create 5 deals for this one Account which then creates 5 Job Opening in Zoho Recruit?  If so, is there a way to automate this?

It's important we track the hires/placements by individual hire/job opening... tracked back against the Account records in Zoho CRM.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
