Clients unable to reply to my Zoho emails

I have had multiple clients this week tell me that they are unable to respond to the emails I send them from my email address.  They can send me new emails, but can't reply to ones I send them. This is becoming a major problem as I am constantly trying to send designs back and forth for approval.  Please can anyone help?! (For background, I have another Zoho email address which seems to work, but I'm trying to transition away from that one as it no longer matches the name of my business). Thanks!
