cname info

Hello! My name is Muhammad Waqas. I am using a website named: www.rawalpindiforum.pk. I has setup zoho mail on my site, I also setup the Zoho CName to use zoho as mail.rawalpindiforum.pk. But when I enter mail.rawalpindiforum.pk to open my mail, it shows me a template error please let me know how do I solve this issue.
