We are having an issue with notifications coming through from Zoho Social. In particular, when we are @mentioning someone, the only notification is the little red dot at the top once INSIDE the application. It doesn't even notify us on the mobile version. How can we get notifications about collaboration ideas and messages that come through Facebook? This is a real issue if we cannot get these pings when there is activity that needs to be handled.

We are not in this application all of the time to check if we have a notification.
