I recently migrated my email server to Zoho for the basic plan. I have created 10 email ids for my organisation. For few email ids the storage quota has exceeded.

I need to understand what do you mean by Combined Storage? I access my email via Outlook using IMAP so what does combined storage refer to?

Also can I buy Standard plan for just 4 accounts of my 10 active accounts?
