Company wide vs per user Zoho Mail Add On

I am evaluating the Zoho Mail add on, with integration set up between CRM (professional) and Mail (free).
The integration works perfectly with one CRM user.
However, when I add a second CRM user, the Mail add on settings are separate.
So, for example, in the Contacts module, the first user can see emails to and from a customer, but the second user cannot see those emails.
Is there any way of allowing multiple Zoho users to see all emails?
