Complaint re migration to EU data centre

I requested a migration from the US to the EU datacenter in September and it took TWO MONTHS get it done.

As if this hadn't been bad enough...

- during our correspondence and phone call with Ms Aishwarya, it was confirmed (in writing) that our free Zoho Mail account, set up in 2014, would retain all its features which were offered by free Zoho Mail at the point of account creation, in particular and among others unlimited users, POP3 and IMAP.   This did not happen.

- ever since, none of our emails to support have been replied to - neither by zoho.com nor by zoho.eu.

- desperate to work and hoping to resolve the matter later, we paid for a subscription with 2 mail accounts; the site showed 3 licenses - we assumed (and still believe this to be true) that the 3rd license was gained via a referral back in 2014 when Zoho still offered this as we were actually referred by another company (who, BTW, have since stopped recommending Zoho Mail). Now, we are getting a warning that we are using more licenses than allowed.

This is the final straw.

We expect someone from Support (either .com or .eu, we don't care)  to get in touch immediately by email to discuss how Zoho intends to remedy the situation. We demand full reinstatement of our domain's free email hosting account's features as they were prior to the migration to the EU datacenter and reimbursement of the subscription payment we were forced to make.

Potential new users of Zoho Mail be warned. Current users who for whatever reason wish to migrate to the EU datacenter, expect a protracted process and miserable road ahead.
