I support over 300 clients and currently use Logmein  witch i love but i'm looking for a private Label solution for my clients

i need the product to be completely branded by my company no reference to zoho

i need a systray app that will always be on

i need a monitoring site with all of my clients listed by location 

need access from mobile device for client list and pc control

would also like to have a way of opening a service ticket when ever i start a session that can be logged into zoho support and to CRM in the account file

the tick should track the amount of time the tech spent on the call and any note the tech put into a notes
