Hello - 

I need some help with conditional formatting:

I have a sheet that I need to run (2) rules - 1 for an entire row, and then a second rule that runs for each cell.

Basically, we want to be sure the person using the sheet knows what they need to fill in - if there is no information in the cell, it needs to be highlighted. However, I do not want the entire sheet to be highlighted before they start filling out the sheet. I need the rules set up as follows:

1. If the first cell in the row has information in it, highlight all cells in this row

2. If a cell in that row has information in it, it should no longer be highlighted

I can get either of these rules to behave properly on their own, but I don't know how to get them to work one right after the other.
