I have experienced on numerous occasions lately a problem in Zoho Sheets where the conditional formatting within a spreadsheet automatically disappears on a periodic basis. Needless to say, it is frustrating to have to redo all previous work and be unable to rely upon Zoho Sheets as a viable alternative for generating reports and presenting data.

Is your staff aware of this problem and, if so, does it plan to fix it anytime soon?
