Confused about "repeated failures" email

Hello everyone and thank you in advance.

I just received am email from noreply@zoho.com which says:

Problem while forwarding mails to me@mydomain. Repeated failure will disable email forwarding. 

This is a new "backup" free account that is to be used infrequently. I thought I had everything properly set up and everything appears to be working correctly. There are no failures in Control Panel\Mail Administration\Troubleshoot. I just don't know what the problem is and hope someone with more experience can guide me.

Details:

I purchased a domain on godaddy. All I want to use this for is email. I pointed the godaddy CNAME to zmverify.zoho.com and MX to mx.zoho.com. I configured zoho to forward both the administrator email account and a user account I created to my primary email that I read regularly. As mentioned, when I send a test msg to either the admin or user account, it does forward as I would like with no returned error messages. It works.

Where I may have messed up is the user account setup. On zoho, I can get to the Inbox for the admin account, but not the user account. I don't know how to change to the user account inbox.It seems to exist, but I can't find an inbox for it or anything other than by looking in Dashboard and expanding "2 User(s) Signed Up".

Can anyone help me with this?
