Does anyone know if this can be done - there is an option for skype but I want to try and use my own VOIP which is via telecoms world.  

I've seen lots of info about CRM but cant find anything on Recruit?

I'd like to be able to use the VOIP as its a contracted line so trying to avoid getting another and having lots of different contact numbers if that makes sense. 

I am just trying to set up click-to-dial.
