Connecting to a Facebook group

When I try to connect Zoho social to a Facebook group I'm an admin of, I need to do this step: 
  1. Click on the Authorize Zoho Social on Facebook button.
  2. You'll be taken to your Group settings on Facebook. There, you'll see a pop up which asks if you want to add the Zoho Social app to your Group.
But when I click on authorize - I don't get any popup?

Can someone pls help?
