I'm trying to migrate from Fastmail to Zoho, but can't get past the domain verification. I've added the CNAME and also the TXT record and waited much longer than necessary, but neither have worked. I cannot add the HTML code because i don't have a web page on my domain.

I notice there are several topics of a similar issue that have been raised and remain unanswered in the forums. Hoping this isn't a common problem.

I emailed the support email, but that was quite some time ago and I've heard nothing back. Can someone please get back to me to help with this issue?
