Contact custom field sync help please
Has anyone had success with syncing custom fields to Google contacts? I am using Google Apps and am testing this feature out but no luck. Here's what I did. Created custom field in Zoho CRM. Went to SETUP > ZOHO CRM FOR GOOGLE APPS > CONTACTS. Then clicked MAP MORE FIELDS link on the bottom, a new line pops up. I selected my custom field from the left side and linked it to the NOTES google contacts field. I clicked update and waitined for the update to happen. Once it did I checked my google contacts but my notes section is empty :( :( :(
Seems so basic but nothing happen.
Any ideas?
