Contact form is not working, can you create one that's working?

Hi, I'm evaluating the software. When I was trying to submit a ticket to you on the provided platform it refused my telephone number. Both with or without the plus in front of it. Do I require a USA formatted telephone number to receive assistance? If not, can you please let me know the syntax you need? Thanks Hermann
