Contact score in Zoho Analytics
Hi there,
I am trying to build a dashboard in Zoho Analytics that brings together data from different platforms we use. One of those platforms is Zoho Campaigns.
I've set up the data import using the built in options but when the Contacts, and other tables, are imported into Zoho Analytics it doesn't appear to include the Contact Score. Is that correct?
This would be a shame as we use the contact score to measure engagement and would be a key metric on our dashboard.
