Let's say I receive a message from a person whose display name is "John Bell" and email address is "
personal@johnbell.com".
What happens is that his display name will not be shown on Inbox messages list, but only the email address. I've read it's a practice against spam, but the problem is, event after I interact with the person back and forth, his contact information would be saved as:
- Name: personal
So if I want to send him a message after a few months, when I type "John" on the "To:" field I will get nothing! I'd have to remember his full email address and type "personal", then it would show up. Their contact information is saved in that same way even in cases when I am the one starting the conversation - sending the first message.
It ends up being very very unproductive. How could I get Zoho to save display names?
