Contextual gadget for gmail

I've been trying to set up the "contextual gadget for gmail". With a name like that, no idea what function it might serve, but here goes.

There's a useless explanation here https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-apps/contextual-gadget-for-gmail.html, viz:

"To enable Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget for Gmail

Go to www.google.com/apps, sign in with your domain name and go to Domain Management.
Log in to Google Apps domain with the super administrator's privileges.
From the dashboard, click Enable Service for Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM's Contextual Gadget for Gmail will be enabled for your domain users."

Well, I followed the steps and I didn't see any "Enable Service for Zoho CRM".

So I went to Google Apps help and searched for Zoho CRM. No mention! Zoho CRM integration must be really important to Google, forgive my sarcasm.

OK how to use this thing? Come on guys, can we have a little bit of basic User Experience testing...?
