We were trying to setup email for users and created one email ID
info@vidyanth.com in Zoho Mail however I believe we did not understand how the Admin ID works. Now our gmail ID
vidyanthconsulting@gmail.com has no admin access. It appears that ID
info@vidyanth.com has become Admin ID and we are not able to access email ID
info@vidyanth.com even if we use the right password. Any attempt to reset password for the email ID
info@vidyanth.com is also not working as it is resetting our gmail ID access.
PLease Help and if you cannot then pls tell us how can disassociate our domain from zoho so that we can go with some other provider. Tried calling support but looks like we gotta subscribe for premium plan for this.
