Hello,

There is an option in Zoho One admin to convert an external user to your organisation. When I click this the user gets an email to accept - but then they get an error saying they are already added to a Zoho One organisation. But they are added to OUR Zoho one organisation (as an external user). 

We now want them to be a full user instead of external. Without having to remove all their data and re-import it like emails etc. 

This is the purpose of this button right? Convert to Org?

How can I convert an external user to a full user without having to backup all their existing data and having to import it?
