Copy Customization Error

Hi, I have already paid to be a user of zoho and wanted to make the Copy Customization from the other account but it shows up an error "Reason : crm.copy.config.staffing.mismatch". Can you help on that urgently? I need urgently the same configuration/data for the new zoho. Thanks,
