Below is the Setting home page , see the User name (blue arrow):

Go more deep in Personal Information, again see the user Full name & Nick name set (blue arrows):

NOW THE PROBLEM......when drafting new email or whatever email going to recipients....see what name appearing as sender (red arrow) : 

Adamantly...Zoho email showing the original....very very original name that was used while generating email ID. NO WAY TO CHANGE THIS NAME..... ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Have tried all possible ways, this red circled name impossible to change!! 

Even have tried in/via Admin account, no use.
