countif does not work with doble condition or expressión with logic operator AND

Countif(("Ingresos Clientes"."OFICINA" = 'Veracruz') AND (Isempty("Ingresos Clientes"."CLAVECORRESPONSAL"))

I've been recived an alert message which tells about a problem near AND operator and the second condition
