Create mail account without using a name?
I want to create some standard email addresses that anyone in a department can use. Something like
sales@mydomain.com,
hr@mydomain.com, and so on. Is there a way to do this? If I try to add a mail account in the admin control panel, it asks for a first and last name. I could use a tongue in cheek approach, and name the sales account something like Sales Man, but I'd rather not. Any pointers?
