Create new email but moved to invitation list

Hi everyone,

I've change my mail server to zoho mail server, email domain is akb.com.vn.
When I created new email name [ sangltt@akb.com.vn], I've got problem, that email is automatically moved to invitation list.
That's seems to be that email is related to somewhere in your system before, but I don't know exactly where it belongs.

Could you please check this for me? Or if you can manually add that email for me, I'm appreciated.
