Creating a Web Form that tracks referral source automatically

I am trying to figure out how to use Zoho forms to automatically track the source of the visitor who filled out the form.   For example I want to use one form that will capture traffic from multiple sources like organic, direct, ppc, etc.  I know I can create a dedicated form where I send all of my ppc traffic with a hidden source field that defaults to PPC, but I can't figure out if it is possible to have it pulled automatically.

Has anyone done this?
