I am trying to build a few new form within ZOHO CRM and am not sure the best way to go about it. 

I would like when a user is in a contact record view, to hit a certain button or field and a new form will appear. 

This new form will auto populate certain fields (based on the contact record) and allow them to enter in new information from the available fields. Once the record is submitted they will be able to print the form in pdf form to print and save to their computer. the form should also be saved within the record for later printing if needed. 

I was not sure if this is a CRM function or a creator function but having a hard time linking all the above in creator. 

Any assistance would be great.
