process for QR is to receiving goods/item/equipment from our clients.. and service them and return back to clients.

so upon receiving we have the following entries (item details, with serial number and accessories details and service details) so we have to create a qr code and paste on each individual item for identification purpose. so the details in clude customer name and sale order and dates.
