Creation of Grid View for all users acces.

Hello, In the section " poste à pourvoir" I crated few custom "Grid view" for exemple "Postes actifs" . At the question " Share your custom view" I checked "all users". I share the environment with my collegue Anne-Marie Deslauriers (02) but she can see the "grid view " I created. She only see the jobs under the " summery version. Is this normal???
