Creator, Form or Orchestly?
Hi,
We have some manuel operations coordinated via email and we want to manage them in Zoho within an approval cycle.
We have confused about "which app should we use to implement screens and approval cycle?" (Seems like most of the functions of these applications are overlapping.). You can find some of our needs and confusions below:
- What are the differences of Creator and Orchestly? Both of them gives ability to design screens, add approval steps, add form validations etc. Do they give ability to get information from outside of the organization like Zoho Forms?
- In some steps, informations are gathered from the persons who are outside of our organization. Do any of them give ability to gather information from a non-zoho user as a part of a business process? (For example, send to Law Office investigation before the final approval, proceed the process to the final approval if and only if the investigation result is positive.)
- Is the Zoho Forms suitable for managing business processes having multiple operation steps, multiple approval steps, multiple integrations with other Zoho apps like cliq, projects, books etc. and non-zoho apps?
- We want to group similar operations/processes as suites to recude confusion of the users and increase clarity and interoperability. Which one is the best choice for it?
Which one should we use; Creator, Forms or Orchestly?
