Guys,
This seems to obvious I must be missing something. After designing and populating our CRM database, I'm now ready to jump into creating reports and dashboards.
- I created a Zoho CRM datasource and synced all tables modules and fields in my test setup.
- I have a product table, sales table and user table
- Sales table includes lookups to field in product table and field in user table
- Displayed in my sales table is not the actual value of the lookup - but the ID
So in my sales table, instead of Jim Walker I see 123456789 and instead of Green Widget I see 987654321.
Am I missing an obvious step in this process? Since this is a CRM datasource, it doesn't really allow me to change the format of the column from numeric to anything else either - so I am stuck.
What am I missing?
