Perhaps I'm missing something but there are no values showing for the CRM Reference ID value for contacts from Zoho Books.  I verified the data source settings is retrieving this field from Books.

We have sync between Zoho Books and CRM in place and I confirmed that the contacts exist in both systems.  Also, when I retrieve the contact record via API call there is a crm contact id value.

Shouldn't this field include the CRM contact ID value?
