How can I use the CRM web tabs to access a Group Mail / Platform set up in the Mail platform. I can do a work around and open a new browser URL but the goal of the Enterprise CRM is to keep all SaaS inside the CRM system.  

Ideally, I would make the web tab the group name and be able to go directly to the group platform.

You have a similar problem with the new pulse service.  If you add the URL to a web tab and select, it takes over the entire web browser.  The CRM page disappears.

The customer interface with CRM should be to keep all services within the CRM window.
