Current Problems

Dear Zoho support, Please attend to the following issues -we cannot extract all the data at once from our database. We usually would like to send out general information to our over 20,000 applicants sometimes but we are usually not able to get all data out at once, how do we fix this please. -Secondly, We cannot delete jobs that have been attended to from our database _thirdly, is it possible to update applicants status in bulk using a customize status term?
