Cursor Error and Edit Error

There's a similar Cursor error. I don't know what's happening! I cannot edit or comment on any document changes since February 5th, 2014 because of this error. It doesn't go even after I reload. I've tried reloading innumerable times. I didn't report because I thought it might be an internet issue, but looks like it isn't. Please
