When a custom field is created then deleted, I believe the next new one index number is still incremented, this leads to difficulties with the api, unless I'm mistaken, but it's been trial & error on updating these fields for me ?
There is then the difficulty of the placement order of these fields on docs when we have no choice of their position.
Please advise if there is a way to achieve the above !
