Custom fields in the zoho desk agent module should be supported
Hello,
you can activate custom fields from zoho desk (agent module) - selecting a custom field will prevent synchronisation between desk and analytics. The synchronisations will all allways fail!
I got this feedback from support:
On
further analysis we see that custom field in Agents module is currently
not supported in Zoho Analytics and we will not show them in the Edit
Setup. However, the fields are shown to you due to an issue at Zoho Desk
end and our Desk team is working to fix it. Once the issue is fixed,
the custom fields will not be listed in the Edit setup.
Instead of removing it again, why not just support it?
